I can not say enough incredible things about Bailey!!! We clicked almost immediately and I loved her ideas and could tell she really has an incredible sense of design! She seemed excited and passionate for her line of work! As an artist myself, I feel like you just can’t be in this industry if you’re not passionate about colors and textures and functionality and truly knowing that there are many pieces to the puzzle! She truly brought our kitchen plans to life!

She took our previous plan for Cabinets made sense of our area. She not only made it far more practical with a few new suggestions; she also made it flow beautifully! I cannot explain how grateful I am for that to save us a problem later on in our project!

She took us from feeling overwhelmed initially to completely ensuring our confidence and helped me with colors, door styles to match the look we were hoping to achieve! She went above and beyond and helped me in areas that didn’t even apply to just the cabinets, because again as a designer she knows how all the pieces of the puzzle have to fit together! Seeing all the samples together and gaining some perspective and insight from her really sealed the deal for me! She took a corner area of cabinetry that was once awkward and made it look seamless in our new and improved floor plan! She made sense of our hutch which now is one of my most loved areas of our kitchen!!! She spent countless hours coming up with ideas for our island keeping my kids in mind and added in a few ideas for my Great Dane to really make this a family functioning space!! She was fabulous with working within our budget but was also not afraid to show us all of our options and from there we chose where we want to spend our money and I’ll never regret it! I truly have every single thing I could want in this upcoming kitchen! I cannot applaud her efforts enough!

Bailey worked LOTs of hours on this for us even answering a call for me whilst at home with her family! She truly did a remarkable job and I wish I could shout from the rooftops for everyone to go to Bailey L at Seigle’s in Geneva!!!!!”

“ It is said that a good business starts at the top and streams down throughout a company. I had the great fortune of working for an employer who had such a tremendous philosophy about life and how to run a successful business. It was so nice to WANT to go to work every day, simply because he was such a great person, boss, friend. He always welcomed his employees and visitors with a smile and handshake, always asking about how their personal lives were, what he could do to help, etc. Treated all of his employees as people, not just employees. Just a remarkable man all around, and I was so lucky to have worked for him.

The reason I told this quick story about this employer is because your company had that “vibe” from the moment we walked in the doors, all the way through completion of our project. After the first encounter on our initial visit to your showroom, I said to Jim that the feeling in the offices, every employee we had contact with, and meeting you was just like working for Charlie. “A couple of years ago we went to a big box store to inquire about redoing our kitchen. It was overwhelming,confusing, and no one seemed to really care. So we put it off.

Recently, we decided to go to Seigle’s. We walked into the showroom in Elgin and immediately decided that we were going to use them to purchase our countertops and our cabinets. Mark and Sally were very informative. Sally designed a gorgeous and functional layout. She walked us through the entire process and patiently and promptly answered our MANY questions and concerns in person,via e-mail, and by phone from beginning to beyond completion.

“Fantastic service!! Fifteen years ago we used Seigle’s to design and provide cabinets for our kitchen. We were thrilled at the time with the quality of the service and cabinets, including the 120 or so hinges. After over 15 years of use, some of the hinges began to fail. When the first ones failed, I contacted Seigle’s and they immediately sent out replacements. Just this past August I called again to say that more of the hinges were not working. By the end of the week, I had a box with enough pieces to replace every single hinge as needed. I believe this is an example of very unusual customer care-taking. Thank you so much for your help. We loved working with you when we did the kitchen and this is the second time you have helped us out.”
