One customer we have been proud to serve for the past 10+ years is Beechen & Dill Homes. Matthew Dill, president, says “We use Seigle’s for their exceptional customer service, wide range of available products, and for their quality and value.” We spoke with Matt to get a rundown of the company, their work, and to feature our latest project together.

About the company:
Founded in 1972, Beechen & Dill Homes has constructed its award-winning reputation over 40 years and dozens of planned communities and custom home projects in Chicago’s south and southwest suburbs. We strive to eliminate the hassle from homebuilding with superior craftsmanship, efficiency, and a can-do attitude that ensures homes arrive on time, on budget, and in line with the homebuyers’ unique vision. Beechen & Dill Homes’ process encompasses flexibility, ease, and value in offering designs at a variety of price points and delivering on homebuyers’ customization requests.

Tell us about your most recent project with Seigle’s.
Our most recent project with Seigle’s is Cedar Brooke of Homer Glen, a beautiful new community of 29 half-acre homesites. Seigle’s helped us plan and design the cabinetry for our brand new Telluride model and fully functioning design center. Homes range from the $390s to $600+.

Did you choose any special or notable cabinetry features?
The cabinets we chose were following the latest design trends, including soft-closing drawers, simple/clean door styles, and finishes ranging from Painted White Maple cabinets to very dark stained Sarsaparilla cabinets. Other notable features are the inclusion of apron or farm sinks in the kitchen as well as a butler’s pantry featuring glass cabinet doors to dress it up and a beverage center for entertaining.
