Shodeen is a family owned company founded in 1961 by Kent Shodeen and has a diverse portfolio of companies providing residential, commercial, and hospitality to Chicago’s far west suburbs.

Shodeen is a popular builder of Mill Creek in Geneva. This hometown community is comprised of 2,500 homes offering different products such as semi-custom to custom single family homes, townhomes, village homes, and row homes all with different price ranges. At Mill Creek, we work with Shodeen to provide cabinets that are within everyone’s budget, no matter what the budget may be.
