Loved for Generations Part 2: 100-Year-Old Home Remodel Completed for the Next Generation

Seigle’s was thrilled when, 20 years ago, the daughter of a customer came to us to have their Arlington Heights kitchen and bathroom remodeled. And then again recently, a few decades later, the third generation continued the tradition of having their kitchen remodeled by Seigle’s. We recently profiled the first family’s kitchen remodel. And here is the most recent remodel. Today we wanted to focus in on generation two, a kitchen and bathroom remodel we completed in 2001.

“Our over one-hundred-year-old home in Arlington Heights was remodeled in 2001. The 1960s kitchen desperately needed an update! We heard about Seigle’s and the quality of their kitchen cabinetry and decided to give them a try! From the beginning, the designer we worked with presented creative options and ideas to best utilize our space. While maintaining the original footprint of the home, Seigle’s helped us develop the space to its full potential, including adding a half bath under a stairway!

Our kitchen served as a warm center of activity, with children gathering around our built-in corner booth/table. Many family meals were prepared using our new appliances, and we regularly hosted events where friends often admired our kitchen. I would highly recommend the quality of craftsmanship and the professional service provided by Seigle’s!”
