My favorite dinner to make is beef tri-tip roast with a roasted garlic and pepper marinade, new potatoes, and fresh asparagus.

The most thrilling thing I’ve done is ziplining a twelve-cable course from the top of a mountain located in Jaco Beach on the central pacific coast of Costa Rica. This was followed by horseback riding and stopping at a rainforest swimming pool with a natural slide. I saw amazing wildlife—including toucans and white-faced monkeys!
