Meet the Team: Bailey LaSchiava

We are excited to welcome Bailey LaSchiava to the Seigle’s team! Bailey is an Inside Sales Representative in Geneva. We sat down with Bailey to get to know what makes her tick. Read on to find out more about her guilty pleasure, her love of travel, and even her brush with fame!

What is your favorite thing about working at Seigles?

The people. It is so easy to get along with everyone.

What is your favorite project you’ve worked on?

I was lucky enough to be the assistant designer on the kitchen remodel for the guitarist in One Republic. That was definitely an awesome project.

What is your favorite option in today’s kitchens?

I just love that there ARE so many options in kitchen design nowadays. I love all of the different things you can add to cabinets to make a kitchen more functional.

Over your time in the business, what’s the worst design trend you’ve encountered?

I have never personally encountered it, but I can’t understand why carpet in a bathroom was ever a trend.

If we came to your house for dinner, what would you prepare for us?

Probably a recipe that I found on Pinterest.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

It’s a tie between ice cream and french fries.

What is the most thrilling thing you’ve ever done?

I’ve climbed a few mountains in Israel—that was amazing.

What is your favorite room in your house?

I love my family room. It’s cozy with a fireplace, a comfy reclining couch, and beautiful decorations.

If you had a 25 hour day while everyone else has only 24, what would you do with your extra time?

Honestly, I’d use it to clean my house. I feel like I never have enough time to clean.

What is the top item on your bucket list?

Travel to Europe—it’s always been a dream of mine.
