Artspace, a 55-unit live/work housing development for artists in downtown Elgin has started welcoming tenants. This $14.5 million project is meant to attract artists to affordable housing in downtown Elgin, while at the same time revitalizing downtown and establishing Elgin as an arts community. The project is developed by Artspace Projects, Inc., a nonprofit developer of arts facilities. We are proud to have provided the kitchen cabinets for these cool new residences.

Artspace is made possible by federal tax credits and state affordable housing tax credits from the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
