With expansion comes new job opportunities! Seigle’s is now hiring a Sales Representative to cover Lake County for our new NW Indiana showroom, which will be opening mid-2015.
In the position, you will:
Initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify customer needs, and sell appropriate kitchen and bath products to meet the needs of builders and developers.
Essential Functions:
• Call prospective customers and identify needs to create a customer supplier relationship
• Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests
• Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery date
• Consult with customers after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
Education/Experience:
• Bachelors degree required
• 5+ years experience in Kitchen and Bath Design and Sales
• Minimum 2 years CAD program experience
Skills:
• Trend and design knowledge of kitchen and baths
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
• Strong analysis and judgment skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Computer skills: Basic knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 20.20 CAD
