The House That She Built Library Event a Success

Team members Heather Pilarczyk (Sales Office Manager) and Jennifer Markulin (Outside Sales Representative/Designer) proudly represent Seigle’s Sims-Lohman in the Northern Illinois Home Builders Association (NIHBA) chapter of Professional Women in Building. They hosted a Storytime event at the Yorkville Public Library in March around the inspiring book The House That She Built.

At the event, attendees listened to the book and explored the theme of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) and the various professions involved in constructing a new home. The team had fun prepping:

Kids loved the construction hats, coloring pages, and one lucky winner got to take home a copy of the book!
