Prompt Return of Voicemails: Whether you call with questions before or during a project, thoughts or concerns during a project, or compliments when it is done and you are so happy with your new remodel, we are eager to speak with you. We know leaving a voicemail and waiting is uncomfortable, so we return your calls promptly, often the same day or the next morning at the latest.
Punctual Response to Emails: Customers or potential customers email with estimate requests, questions in the early stages when gathering information about a potential project, and questions or thoughts throughout a remodel. Like the rest of the modern world, we keep our laptops/phones nearby. We are devoted to keeping an organized inbox, and reading every word and responding promptly.
Keeping Appointments: Your time is valuable, and we respect that. At all of our locations, we accept and enjoy walk-in appointments. You can also schedule an appointment at any showroom using our appointment scheduler. We will be available for these appointments as promised. We like to “measure twice and order once,” so an in-house visit is customary.
Timely Completion of Estimates: We understand that a kitchen or bathroom remodel is a big decision, and that the budget matters to you. When you are eager to get started on your project, you are ready to find out the cost. Our designers will gather ideas, measure, estimate your project, help you set up your financing if needed and can even easily estimate everything from the cabinetry to installation through our ProInstall program. Because of our many years in the business, we can move the process along so you understand an accurate cost of the project as soon as possible.
On-Time Delivery: Seigle’s Cabinet Center is the only distributor utilizing our own warehouse and fleet of trucks in order to control the timeliness of delivery and minimize opportunities for damage. As one of the largest cabinetry dealers in the midwest, we buy in truckload volume. This shortens customer lead times and gives us control over when your cabinets are delivered, reducing unnecessary delays and minimizing damage.
