Frequently Asked Questions

1. Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are preferred. Click here to schedule one now!

2. Q: Can we meet outside normal business hours?

A: Tell us when you’d like to meet and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

3. Q: Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

A: It is very helpful if you bring rough measurements, photos of your kitchen and inspirational pictures you’ve seen in magazines or on-line. A list of current like’s/dislikes about your kitchen can be very beneficial.

4. Q: Do you stock cabinets?

A: With the extraordinary variety of styles and colors available today, stocking cabinets is a thing of the past. You want a kitchen to reflect your personal style, not something off the shelf.

5. Q: What is the difference in framed and frameless cabinets?

A: Framed cabinets have a narrow frame behind the doors and drawers. Frameless cabinets attach drawers and doors directly to the cabinet sides. Frameless is preferred when looking for true contemporary styling and is sometimes called “full access” because it offers greater accessibility by eliminating the face frame.

6. Q: Do you sell cabinet hardware?

A: Of course we do.  All of our showrooms have the latest styles on display.  Care to shop from home? Click Here.

7. Q: Do you sell millwork or windows?

A: NO we don’t. We did for over 100 years but today we focus exclusively on cabinetry and countertops.

8. Q: Do you install?

A: YES we do.  Seigle’s ProInstall program offers a “turn-key” approach simplifying the process and assuring your new kitchen will be installed promptly and professionally.

9. Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes, WE DELIVER.  There is a modest $100 charge.

10. Q: What is the lead time?

A: Our most popular brand, Aristokraft, is available in just 2-3 weeks. Our other brands typically arrive in 3-4 weeks.

11. Q: How do I care for my cabinets/countertops?

A: A soft cloth dampened with warm water is usually sufficient. If more thorough cleaning is required try adding mild dish soap. Then wipe clean and dry. Otherwise refer to the manufacturer’s instruction.
