Before and After: Check Out a Beautifully Transformed Kitchen in Streamwood

We recently completed a spectacular remodel in Streamwood, IL. The owner wanted to make the kitchen a more inviting, open design, as well as updating the bathrooms so the house would sell better on the real-estate market. With every change to this kitchen, we concentrated on ROI, since she was “flipping this house.”

We took down some walls and changed the configuration of the kitchen. We upgraded to 42” uppers to maximize storage in the kitchen. The updated door style and color selections made the kitchen and bathrooms much more attractive to potential buyers. In the kitchen we upgraded to 24”pantry unit, a lazy susan in the corner, and a 5’ island.

The bathrooms all feature taller sink cabinets, what we like to refer to as “comfort height.”
