“I want to express my appreciation and sincere gratitude for a job well done by Tracey Paulson.

We moved into the Talamore community in Huntley in May of this year. The kitchen was lovely, but we wanted to personalize and maximize its potential. My husband and I sat down to brainstorm. I was overwhelmed by the choices initially. We called your company and set up an appointment with Tracey. From the beginning she had incredible ideas and vision. I felt immediately at ease and relaxed with the project because she was so knowledgeable, creative, and thorough. She spent a lot of quality time with us. We met with her in the office, with her tremendous insight and information we were able to plan out the kitchen perfectly. Then, she came to our home after her work hours to assist further. She sent us drawings over a course of a few weeks, constantly updating any changes or additions.

Because of her interior design background, I asked her for some tips on paint colors for the kitchen/family room. She gave me some great tips. We also asked for her input and guidance on a wood hood. She met with Stanisci to gather more information from them. She sent us drawings, which we asked for various models to evaluate our options. We have since ordered multiple cabinets from your company and plan to put in another order for a few additional pieces.

Tracey always is pleasant, upbeat, and incredibly helpful. She put in a considerable amount of time and energy with us. She answered email and calls promptly when my husband called her. He is an engineer and very precise. He has the highest respect and confidence in Tracey.  If anyone in our community would like to update their kitchens, I would highly recommend your company. I will send you pictures when we are finished, so you can see her efforts and design capability. It is amazing!!

I believe in every organization, the individual the customer has contact with, whether its over the phone, in customer service, in sales, etc. is the face of the organization. They are the company’s reputation. You have an amazing employee in Tracey. I am a very tough customer when it comes to my idea of excellent customer service. Tracey has gone above and beyond in customer satisfaction in every way possible. She is a great asset to your company, and you should do everything in your power to retain her as an employee!!!
